Orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Florida.

Delivery Time

Domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location. International orders may take 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Items

We carefully pack every case to survive transit, but if your order arrives damaged or a case is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@wattaindustries.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
