Our Promise

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Cases

If your case arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@wattaindustries.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, no return shipping required.

Unopened Cases

Unopened, unexpired cases in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs. Please contact us first at sales@wattaindustries.com to receive a return authorization before sending anything back.

Opened Products

Because our products are consumable beverages, we're unable to accept returns of opened or partially consumed cases unless the product was defective.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled free of charge before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible at sales@wattaindustries.com to request a cancellation.
